Integrity Mechanical, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Michael Norris, who has devoted his entire life to construction and related trades, most specifically in the plumbing and HVAC areas. Years of experience in the business brought him to the conclusion that the best he could bring to a customer includes integrity, responsibility and hard work – so he made those principles the basis of his company.
Integrity Mechanical’s start was in the public sector, and our major construction, renovation and addition Plumbing and HVAC projects are led by the Vice President of Mechanical Construction, Kirt Stillings. With over thirty-five years experience working then running these jobs as a Foreman, and moving to overall project management, Kirt focuses on understanding the client’s needs, collaborating with engineers, architects, general contractors and other subcontractors, and always looking for solutions instead of excuses.
In 2005, Integrity Mechanical expanded its offerings to include the same level of quality mechanical construction for HVAC and Plumbing to the private sector, bringing Project Manager Ken Eisenhart and Craig Hughes to run this division. Ken’s extensive plumbing background and Craig’s extensive HVAC background, along with their knowledge of the needs for private industry, including the nuances of Design-Build versus more standardized projects, allows them to work on projects of nearly any scope for commercial, industrial and institutional clients alike.
Also in 2005 we added a Service Division to act as the final complement to our offerings. Our Service Department is set to both service our public and private sector mechanical contracting clients, and provide maintenance, troubleshooting, building automation controls and other HVAC, plumbing and electrical services to all industries in the Berks, Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton, PA counties.
The quality of our management extends to all our personnel, both in the office and in the field.
